E-Bulletin News
Edition 1
The E-Bulletin News will be launched by the PPA this month to replace the original PPA News. This will be a regular feature for our members, allowing us to keep them up-to-date with the latest news from the PPA and the play industry. We will also be including news from members so if you have any stories, pictures or would like a certain topic covering then please let the PPA know via ben@sportsandplay or call 02476414999 Ext 205.

Leisure Industry Week
Leisure Industry Week will run from 25th – 27th September at the NEC in Birmingham.
The PPA will have a stand at the show and will be holding seminars on Wednesday 26th with a social evening for members in the evening (see below). The PPA stand (number 7035) will be larger than last year with comfortable seating to give members an opportunity to network around the stand. For more details on the seminars click here . The social evening was a great success last year with a few members staying until the early hours of the morning! It would be great to have another well attended annual social evening so please make every effort to attend. Ardencote Manor Hotel is being used for the second year running and the price details are as follows:

Accident Reports – Deadline 20th July
The deadline is fast approaching for members to send in their accident reports. This is optional and members who want to receive the analysis of the industry figures will have to take part. The PPA will then collate the figures and distribute them amongst those that take part

Regional Meetings
Throughout May and June the PPA have held regional meetings in Northern Ireland, Scotland and the North West of England. We would like to thank all of the people who attended as it essential that we remain proactive in order for the industry to move forward. There were some excellent points of discussion and some good ideas for the direction of the PPA. The meetings also provided an excellent networking opportunity for the owners of indoor play centres to share ideas and issues of concern in the industry. Further meetings have not been scheduled at this moment in time but if there is sufficient demand the PPA will look into organising more regional meetings.
