Speakers: Janice Dunphy and Chris Marshall

Janice Dunphy spoke about opening an Indoor Play Centre and the potential pitfalls at LIW in 2006. This seminar was very popular so the PPA has asked her to share her knowledge once more, and follow on with the next stage of running an Indoor Play Centre. Chris Marshall will also be speaking with Janice on ways in which operators can increase customer spend per head in the area of food and beverages.
